This paper discusses how the concepts of sustainability and corporate social responsibility may be integrated into a company's corporate strategy, core values, production and management systems, and to position the company as a socially responsible brand. In recent years, issues of food safety and environmental pollution have come to the fore, and there are increasing concerns among consumers of corporate social responsibility and ethical practice. As a result, more and more enterprises are trying to turn such external pressure into an inner drive; to incorporate social responsibility into their strategic planning, combining the enterprises'long-term vision and short-term goals, to reestablish consumer trust and generate greater competitiveness. In this context, it is theoretically and practically important to integrate social responsibility more cohesively into the management structure, making it a core aspect of its operation and value system rather than as a PR exercise grafted onto an outdated, irresponsible mode of production. The Farm aims to implement true organic agriculture and has established a high level of organic agriculture strategic planning. Overs the past few years, a series of construction projects have been carried out to facilitate full organic production. In view of this, this research focuses on The Farm's corporate social responsibility management. Based on theoretic research and practical analysis, and through studying the available literature on the subject, surveys, case studies and statistical research, this paper seeks to provide an in-depth case study of corporate social responsibility management. In addition, using the concepts of corporate social responsibility management with stakeholder theory as reference, this paper seeks to summarize how corporate social responsibility may be applied in corporate management, thus providing a guideline for implementing corporate social responsibility. With The Farm as research subject, this study seeks to provide an in-depth case study of corporate social responsibility management, clearly laying out the system and processes of corporate social responsibility management, with recommendations for further improvement. Based on this case study, I seek to draw lessons about corporate social responsibility management, in order to further applied understanding of how corporate social responsibility management works as system and processes and, to a certain extent, deepen theories concerning stake-holder corporate social responsibility management. I believe this study will have significant value as reference for other domestic enterprises which are carrying out or expect to fulfill corporate social responsibility.
