The supply chain is a complex system that composed of multiple independent characteristics of the economic interests entities, each node enterprise consider their own profits firstly, rarely consider the benefit of the whole supply chain, this may lead to reduction profits of the whole supply chain.the uncertainty of market demand often show the fuzzy randomness, the difficulty of forecast further can also bring each node enterprise the serious economic loss.Therefore, studying optimization and coordination problems about supply chain contracts on the whole supply chain system and each node enterprise under fuzzy-random market demand has important value and practical significance.The research object of papers is multi-stage supply chain system composed of serial structure of many nodes with supply and demand relationship, research on multi-stage supply chain optimization and coordination mechanisms mode based on buy-back contractand revenue sharing contract under fuzzy-random demand. Firstly, using the theory of fuzzy random variable expectations establish multi-level supply chain inventory system model under decentralized and coordinated inventory control mode.Secondly, this paper puts forward the optimized model of inventory system under the integrated management inventory mode.on this basis, design separately buy-back contractand revenue sharing contract model of the multi-stage supply chain coordination, supply chain optimization and coordination is realized. Finally, applicate instance to carry on the example analysis on the model, the research object is five-stage supply chain system, prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the mathematical model, the research results prove that after implementing the buy-back contract and revenue sharing contract, the profit expectations of the whole supply chain system and each node enterprise is not lower than the profit expectations of decentralized and coordinated inventory control mode at least, the profit expectation value of the whole supply chain system reach the optimum level, and the profit expectations of each node enterprise are also improved.This paper consider the effects of the shortage of loss and the salvage value income on the profits in the process of modeling,validated the decision model based on batch purchase, buy-back contract and revenue sharing contract has very good result in the optimization and coordination of the profit of the whole supply chain system and each node enterprise.
