The financial ecology evaluation can let us study the operation rule of the financial system more comprehensively, and better understand the generation and distribution of the financial system risk, and better risk prevention work.The ecological assessment of Hunan province is ongoing, but the financial ecological construction of Hunan province is still room for improvement, and the paper intends to study the performance of financial ecology assessment in Hunan province. This paper from the view of performance, on the nature of the financial ecology construction and complex system, the analysis of six factors in the report of financial ecological impact assessment of the technology, economic fundamentals, financial factors, administrative factors and credit environment factors, environmental factors and the method of our financial services environment analysis, using 2009-201387 financial ecological cities of Hunan province and the county assessment data, changes in longitudinal comparison between the same city state, county 5 years index data and index system, how to draw the overall financial ecological environment of cities and prefectures in Hunan province and the county, what are the new changes in the financial ecological construction period of 5 years the analysis of financial ecology construction in Hunan Province, the performance and problems of 5 years, and using the analytic hierarchy process to examine the contribution of each of these five factors, that the financial impact on the financial ecological construction and economic development of Hunan province and performance, and provide ideas for the improvement of financial ecological construction work.The main conclusions and results of this paper are as follows:(1) the relationship between financial ecological construction and financial efficiency is the mutual promotion. (2) the financial ecology construction of Hunan Province to implement the State advocates of HP finance policy, there are help to the further improvement and development of our province's economic, financial, judicial and administrative, credit and financial services, improve the comprehensive strength of Hunan Province as a whole. (3) the financial ecology of Hunan province still needs to strengthen the construction of the economic foundation, the administrative foundation, the credit environment, the judicial environment and so on. (4) to solve the problems in the financial ecology construction in Hunan Province, the need to keep pace with the times from various departments to create an assessment system for the financial ecological construction of Hunan province.
