Behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems with incomplete information in real life, has widely used in economics field, management field, engineering field and other fields. Regarding the research of behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems, recently, it has become hot study point in management science field, and it has achieved initial research results. However, from the overview of existing research results point, most is just considered the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the complete situation. The solution for the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation is less and less. Therefore, the research of behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation, not only has important theoretical significance, but also has a wealth of practical value.This research mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Summary behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation. Based on existing research, we summary and synthesis of existing research results and shortcomings, and also extract the two need to study the properties of the behavior of decision-making with incomplete information problem that attributes were considered independent and interrelated circumstances.(2) For incomplete information and the independent attribute of behavioral multi-attribute decision making problem, we raise a decision analysis methods. We give the researched framework for the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation. And then for the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation, we raise one decision making solution based on TODIM and maximizing finial degree of dominance’s method.(3) For incomplete information and the interrelated attribute of behavioral multi-attribute decision making problem, we raise a decision analysis methods. We give the researched framework for the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the interrelated situation. And then for the behavioral multi-attribute decision making problems under the incomplete situation, we raise one decision making solution based on TODIM and and Choquet integral method and maximizing finial degree of dominance’s method.(4) For incomplete information and behavioral multi-attribute decision making problem with both the independent attribute and the interrelated attribute, we give the example of venture investment and the third logistics provider choose, which used decision making solution based on TODIM method.
