Recombination of China Telecom industry for the third time break s the previous monopoly situation,it establishes a new pattern of tripartite confrontation formally, which is China Unicom, China Telecom and China Mobile, lead ing gradual intensified competition in the industry. In the commercial background that 3G network and 4G network will be applied more mature, the mobile data business has seen rapid development. So how to manage data traffic better is the key of the enterp rise to develop better and faster. Hunan Branch of China Mobile is at a competitive disadvantage of being at a low share of the overall market,a low position in the telecom market of the traditional data business, and it's mobile data business is not so good as the Hunan Branch of China Mobile. If it wants to continue to live and grab the market, it must free its mind, examine the actual condition of the enterprise comprehensively, and find reasonable marketing strategies.To solve the main problem faced by Hunan Branch of China Mobile, this paper apply the marketing theories, use the method of comparative analysis and SWOT analysis and quantitative analysis methods and so on. The author makes a thorough and systematic analysis to find out a new method of da ta business for the current management status. Firstly, This article analyzes the internal and external environment of Hunan Branch of China Mobile, and conduct s a comprehensive analysis on the business environment and development of data business. Second ly, by using competitive posture matrix analysis method, the author analyzes all kinds of problems which exist in the marketing of the data business. And then, applying the SWOT analysis, the author examine the tough situation in the market competition, find advantages and disadvantages, and explore the threats and opportunities faced by Hunan Branch of China Mobile, formulate the appropriate development strategy. Finally, based on the telecom industry broad market survey and compare with other operators in the market marketing strategy, Combining with the analysis of Hunan Branch of China Mobile's own situation, the author gets the effective measures to manage the data business by subdividing the target market and refining marketing methods from 4Ps+4Cs direction. There out, by doing in-depth analyses, the author work out specific marketing strategies which are suitable for the development of Hunan Branch of China Mobile data business at the present stage.The proposed product strategy, pricing strategy, cha nnel strategy, marketing strategy. These strategies can help Hunan Branch of China Mobile solve the present management problems; Improve data business transactions, obtain a higher market share, and give a direction for Hunan Branch of China Mobile develop ment in the next stage.
