In recent years, the SUV market keep continues growth in high speed, already became the most focus market segment by customers. Among them, the Chinese independent SUV brands make the strong performance, especially in the cheap and middle level, Chinese independent SUV brands have occupied the main part. Next stage, with continues extension of joint-venture brand and the fierce competition among the independent brands, the competition in SUV market will be more and more serious. Changfeng Motor as the independent SUV car manufacture should be positive in researching and creating the development strategy, making out the competition strategy and achieving the win in the competition.The paper makes a deep research to the competition situation of the domestic independent SUV brand. The paper analysis the inside and outside environment of Changfeng Motor independent brand business in combination with the strategy analysis method, and explain the status and existing problem of Changfeng Motor.
