The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is related to China 's economic restructuring,the employment of China's people and China's econom ic growth.Although SMEs occupy such an important position, but the difficult question of financing has restricted the development of SMEs.Internet banking is an inclusive type of financial.Its emergence and development seems to offer a new way of thinking to solve the financing problems of SMEs.It is indeed. Supply chain finance business conducted by the e-commerce platform is helpde to solve the financing problems of SMEs.Among them,Jingdong supply chain f inance is the most typical one and developed very rapidly.In this paper, we start from the products of Jingdong supply chain finance. First of all, we introduce the types,operational processes, operational characteris tics and operating status of the products of Jingdong supply chain finance com prehensively.Then we use game theory, optimization analysis and comparative a nalysis to analyze the products of Jingdong supply chain finance deeply.We fin d the reasons of the rapid development of Jingdong supply chain finance.Above all, it can enhance the benefits of all participants involved in this business; Secondly, it can be significantly weakened asymmetric information; Fi nally, it can reduce the risk of credit financing.On the other hand,we compare the traditional supply chain finance with Jingdong supply chain finance.We find that the advantages and disadvantages are very obvious.The advantages are lo w cost, convenience of operate processes, better control mechanism of risk.The disadvantages are lack of funding, the legal status of small loan companies is not clear, insufficient talent pool and regulatory gaps, etc.So we suggest that we must expand funding sources for small loan companies;we must strengthen the training of compound talents about Internet banking;we must clarify the leg al status of small loan companies through legislation;we must strengthen the su pervision of the business to promote long-term healthy development of the busi ness.
