Comparative Study On The Construction Of Social Credit System Effectiveness Evaluation Among Typical The Areas

The construction of social credit system evaluation is only an important part of measuring area social credit development, but also an effective solution to compare the construction of social credit system between different regions. The construction of social credit system in China has achieved some success after the exploration and development all these years. At present, most of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government has established a coordination mechanism of social credit system, legal system and standard construction has achieved initial success and set up the financial credit information system. But at the same time, our country's credit industry started late, the level of the economic development and regional development unbalance problem during the process is extremely prominent.The paper establishes the index system on construction of social credit system effectiveness evaluation, and determines the weight of each index calculation method. First of all, it takes the construction of social credit system effectiveness evaluation as the target level. Based on the characteristics of the social credit system, it has 4 first-grade indexes, includes credit legislation, credit transactions and services, credit supervision and punishment, credit culture and education. According to these 4 indexes, it designs 12 second-grade indexes. It also defines the specific contents of each index. Secondly, after the analysis of several evaluation methods of comparison, it chooses AHP and entropy method to realize the unity of the combination of analysis and objective, and determine the index weight of all levels. The results of combination weight is also calculated as the base of empirical research.At the step of the empirical research, this paper collects original data by sending out the Expert Scoring Table and investigating. Aimed at effectiveness of social credit system construction in five typical regions (Shanghai, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Hunan), the final score is computed according to the combined weight. It gets empirical analysis conclusion, the ranking of the construction of social credit system effectiveness in the five regions are Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Hunan.
