O2O is a novel pattern for E-business. Recent years, more and more traditional enterprises are towards e-business. At the time that O2 O provides supply chain with convenience, it makes the manipulation of supply chain risk more complicated. Therefore, it is theoretically and realistically meaningful to investigate the problem regarding the invalidation of supply chain of O2 O.This thesis summarizes the developments of supply chain and the reasons of supply chain risk in the theoretical context of O2 O pattern. Aiming at the imperfection existed in the FEMA, this thesis confirms three factors of RPN in virtue of the terminology used by experts, i.e., severity, occurrence and detectability. We then quantify them by employing triangular fuzzy numbers. Furthermore, we use FAHP to calculate the weight, apply TOPSIS to assess the sequence, and design an optimal selection modal which is based upon the combination of FAHP and TOPSIS and can be used to evaluate the invalidation of the logistics. At the end, we take Suning Appliance(SA) as an example to analyze the problem involving the failure of supply chain in its logistics. To determine the SA's logistics failure is mainly composed of five parts: the quality, the responsiveness, the flexibility of service, the professional of staff and the quality of information service. Second,to determine the relative importance of S,O,D of the three risk factors using linguistic variables by three experts, and using fuzzy sets structure evaluation matrix for SA's failure mode, calculated closeness coefficient for each failure mode. Finally, we find SA's main failure factors: breakage of goods, on-time delivery rate, return period, service attitude, and give improvement for related failure factors.
