Research On Supply Chain Risk Management

Supply chain management now has become a hotspot for scholars. Because there is tight connection between these companies on supply chain, the breakage that risk brings to these companies is more severe than to common company. Supply chain risk has became the important obstacles of supply chain management, brought tremendous harm to each cooperation on supply chain and holds back supply chain function and development. So it is necessary to study supply chain risk management.Basing on the numerous theory study of supply chain risk management, this paper constructs risk management of supply chain by using scientific and practical ways. This paper discusses these problems from quantitative and qualitative aspects.The following are the primary work and achievements of this paper:(1) This paper firstly introducing the background of the risk management in supply chain. This part also discusses the background of the risk management in supply chain. And this part introduces the condition in the research and research method and content of this assays.(2) The paper introduces some conceptions such as the risk, risk management, supply chain management, supply chain risk, and supply chain risk management. Meanwhile, In this part, this parts makes a detailed analysis about characters, sources and driving factors of supply chain risk.(3) This paper uses ISM to recognize the risk factors of supply chain and build the ISM of supply chain risk.(4) This paper comprehensively evaluates the supply chain risk using risk matrix based on the FAHP-GST, and using an example to testify the feasibility of the model.(5) Finally, this paper introduces the methods about dealing and controlling the supply chain risk, including risk programming, risk controlling and risk monitoring.The purpose of this paper is to use the scientific and complete system of supply chain risk management to identify, evaluate and management.
