In this dissertation, we focus on several important problems of agile supply chain establishment, such as the drive factors of agile supply chain establishment, supply chain partnership selection and integration, the selection model of supply chain establishment etc. The agile supply chain surplus allocation is also discussed in this article. At last, we discuss the risk of building agile supply chain. The article is divided into seven chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction, based on the competition environment faced by enterprises in 21 century, we elaborate the theory significance and practical significance of agile supply chain establishment by literature summarizing, and discuss the reason of agile supply chain existence from crosswise and longitudinal two aspects, and prove the competition superiority of agile supply chain.Chapter 3 deals with the characteristics of the agile supply chain cooperation partnership selection, the AHP/TOPSIS model is proposed, with which we select the agile supply chain partner, to provide a method for the integration and selection of agile supply chain partnership. In chapter 4, the characteristic and procedure of agile supply chain organization pattern design are analyzed. The agile supply chain organization pattern optimization design model is also proposed, to provide the safeguard for the maximization of agile supply chain surplus. In chapter 5, we discuss the agile supply chain surplus allocation problem. A surplus assignment model based on effectiveness theory is proposed. We also analyze the risk of agile supply chain establishment in chapter 6, propose corresponding control measure. Finally, we take engineering project construction as a case, and carry on the case analysis.
