In recent years, more and more Chinese construction enterprises go to abroad in the international policy support. Under the background of economic globalization, the overseas project material management level of construction enterprise is playing an increasingly important role to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises. And in A company, the most typical of Chinese construction enterprises, material management of overseas projects exist many problems.A lot of construction enterprises in the overseas project construction organization just simply copy the domestic project management experience, apply the domestic material standards and technical standards, do not do detailed accounting of magnitude of engineering project construction plan, hastily, the extensive management brought great economic losses to the project and the enterpriseBy using the method of integrating theory with practice, from the process engineering, cost control perspective, study how to under the premise of ensuring the project construction, quality, reduce the purchasing cost of overseas project to raise the overall level of material management. Through the analysis of the characteristics of overseas project in A company, learn from other industry advanced theory and experience of management, there are management of overseas project material combing the problem of A company, mainly from the two aspects of process and cost analysis, puts forward effective suggestions for improvement of the level of material management and the solutions.The author thinks, regional logistics center is the ultimate way out of global purchasing and development trend of domestic construction enterprises materials management.
