The Study On Mass Ordering Production’s Material Distribution Mode Of Auto Industry’s Prodction Process

With the quickening of the pace of economic globalization,China’s economy is developing by leaps and bounds,economic practical and international competitiveness has improved obviously.but,auto industry is pillar industry of our country,how to improve the competitiveness in the international and domestic auto industry and obtain a bigger share of the market in our country?we have to always pay attention to consumer’s preferences and produce what they like and personalized model.but,these new made cars’ customers are limited,and the quantity is not that big,and the life cycle is not that long.so,how to produce the cost on the basis of ordering production is the lots of scholars’ hot focus.This paper firstly analyses the automobile production enterprises’ two classes of traditional mode of production namely mass production and ordering production mode and two classes of the material delivery way of the production process of that two ways production mode.These two approaches has its own advantages and disadvantages,mass production due to the product of a single, large output, high duplication of characteristics to have the natural cost advantage,but if the products can not meet the needs of customers then they can not sell out,so the automobile production enterprises will lose much.Ordering production due to organize production according to the customer’s order, products category can meet the demand of market very well,but its products category is more and production process design is complex, the production condition is not stable,so the enterprise need to put in a lot of money and manpower, this will give an enterprise great economic costs.So how to combine the advantages of these two kinds of mode of production,not only make the enterprise reduce costs but also according to the order production to meet the market demand is the research contents of this paper.This paper puts forward the concept of mass ordering production, describes the production process,And points out that to achieve this kind of mode of production can be through the production process of material production mode of distribution to solve this contradiction.The way of the production process of material delivery is called the baskets type JIT delivery method in this paper.Due to the parts of the same production line’s two consecutive car are different,the difference, both the number of difference and the varieties.so we decompose the parts according to different models,distinguish between standard and option parts.Standard parts are the two cars to model used in thesame component,for the different options we use the baskets to distinguish,The first branch of options for a previous loading parts needed for the tail, and then half is divided into a model in the head after the required components.This solved in two different models before and after the requirements of different parts required,But to implement the distribution needs to have a complete distribution system support,So this paper designed this kind of delivery mode for distribution system.And according to the practical certificate of FAW-Folkswagen Car No.2’s logistics distribution process,it tests and verifies the paper’s analysis and the application of the conclusion.
