In recent years, the domestic each big automobile manufacturers production and sales continued to increase rapidly in the automobile industry, in a time of prosperity is also accompanied by the increasing competition in market. In the changeable and complex social environment faced with short product life cycle, the diversity of consumer demand, changes in market demand quickly, the focus of the market is difficult to capture the prediction problem of the automobile manufacturing industry, the flexible mixed order production mode of each big automobile enterprises tend to adopt multi variety, small batch. Due to the characteristics of automotive products: the production time is short, the production of fast rhythm, high degree of product standardization, characteristics of new product development speed makes the car production line, especially the general assembly line of automobile material delivery on time, low cost become extremely difficult. Therefore, for assembly production line of efficient material set with and distribution operation mode, the choice set with reasonable and delivery frequency and its method facing to ACT order production is of great significance. The purpose of this study is the coordination and distribution from the material point of view, the operation mode and the enterprise’s own production to seek to match the needs. This paper first analyzes the production management problems of F company logistics department actual engine in the enterprise, and the material and in the existing problems in the coordination and distribution were analyzed, found the main contradiction. Then according to the actual situation of engine Logistics Department of the F company, the analysis to establish the model of material delivery order under the precondition of production, proposed the implementation of the distribution plan in coordination and implementation of JIT delivery pallet loading rate optimal.
