Application Study For Improving Method Of Material Distribution In R Company

Production logistics is the key element in internal logistics research, it is the joint of internal logistics system and production system. Studying production logistics system is useful to raise the management level of enterprises, to promote the productivity of the production system, to boost enterprise’s economic benefits, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in the market, it is of great significance.The thesis is based on spraying production line of R company, to solve the problems which are caused by the method of material distribution not meeting the requirement of expansion in capacity of production line, they are covered the follow aspects: insufficient material storage space beside the production line, low efficiency in material distribution, high material distribution costs, bad performance on strain distribution capacity and badly damage of raw materials and so on. it study using the principle of high delivered frequency but small amount materials or low delivered frequency but large amount materials, and clarifying the relationship between method of material distribution and space beside the production line. Through analyzing the delivered properties of materials, we apply different method of materials distribution for different kind of material properties, then standardize the management process for each kinds of method of material distribution.In the thesis, through the improvement of method of material distribution, implementation of standard process and reasonable planning for space in work site, we realized the goal of the method of material distribution meeting the requirement of expanding capacity of production line under the condition of limited space. There have a certain reference for other companies to solve the problem between production line and material distribution.
