China is a developing agricultural country, with hundreds of millions of farmers, it is a country with frequent natural disasters, natural disasters with extremely strong correlation between agricultural production, make the agricultural production inevitably affected, and then make the farmers’ income. Therefore natural disasters become one of the important factors that affect farmers’ income, especially in the construction of new socialist countryside background, research on the relationship between natural disasters and the farmers’ income is of special significance.The purpose of this paper is to solve the key problem is how the specific natural disasters affect farmers’ income. The research idea of this paper is the first study of the characteristics of natural disaster and farmers’ income in China, secondly to study relationship between natural disasters and the farmers’ income in our country, finally further research on natural disasters is how to affect farmers’ income. According to the main part of farmers’ income for the family business income and wage income theory, on the basis of the descriptive statistics for the study of natural disasters on the farmers’ income is divided into two aspects: the influence of natural disasters on the influence of family business income and the impact of natural disasters on the salary income, and analyzes the effects of natural disasters, the mechanism of farmers’ income. Based on time series data of 1998-2013 in our country, how to natural disasters affect farmers’ income made empirical research on this problem. First by grey correlation model, to natural disasters and peasant family business income and the relationship between farmers’ salary income for correlation analysis.Again use of Cobb- Douglass extension model respectively quantitative analysis of the natural disasters and the relationship between family income, wage income and to the influence of family income, wage income. Systematic analysis of China’s natural disaster factors and the specific impact of the relationship between farmers’ income, and according to the obtained conclusion puts forward policy suggestions.
