Agricultural natural disasters have caused serious losses to agriculture in China for a long time.In the natural disaster of agriculture, the farmers are the most direct victims, and also one of the main disaster relief bodies. The behavior of farmers' disaster relief affects the efficiency of disaster prevention and reduction to a great extent.Human behavior is influenced by subjective consciousness, and the ability to perceive the disaster is a subjective consciousness. The correct perception of disaster is an effective way to improve the capacity of farmers to prevent and reduce disaster. At the same time, the evaluation system of risk perception ability of farmers in the micro region is lack, and it is also a difficult point in the study of perception. The complex and diverse behavior of farmers' behavior is relatively weak. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanism of farmer's risk perception, and understand how the perception ability affects the effectiveness of the farmers' disaster reduction behavior, thus maximizing the benefit of reducing the disaster.Yunnan, located in the mountainous region of the plateau,is affected by the complex and diversity of its climate and terrain, and has been hit by multiple natural disasters in the process of agricultural production for a long time, which has a great impact on the stability of agricultural production and farmers' income. Therefore, this paper selects some typical village farmers in Yuanmou and Yiliang counties of Yunnan Province as the research object, and then carries out the related research on the risk perception ability of farmers' disaster and the effectiveness of the disaster response.Firstly, based on the environmental cognitive program and local theory, this paper constructs the evaluation system of farmer's risk perception ability, introduces the niche theory and model to reveal and analyze the perception ability with innovation, and puts forward the concept of perceived niche, and carries out grey relational degree to each evaluation factor according to the estimation of the perception niche, find out its impact on perceived niche.Secondly,Secondly, the behavior validity is divided according to the purpose of farmers' behavior, and the effectiveness of each measure iscalculated, and uses the Logistic binary regression model to analyze the influencing factors that restrict the selection of the types of farmers' response to disaster. Finally, this paper applies SPSS correlation analysis to explore the correlation between perceived niche and disaster behavior, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the risk perception niche evaluation system includes local sense, personal livelihood, external environment and personality characteristics. The impact of the four factors on perceived niche is as follows:personality traits > Personal livelihood > personal experience > external environment characteristics.(2)Niche theory and model are applied to quantify disaster perception. The greater the perceived niche is,the stronger the risk perception ability of farmers is.The survey sample farmers' perception niche is generally at a low level, and the farmers with higher perceived niche account for only 16% of the total sample. In different regions, the perceived niche performance is: Yiliang County > Yuanmou County;half mountain area > Mountain Area > dam area.(3)TThe types of disaster behaviors of farmers are divided into two types: effective behavior I and effective behavior II.In the effective behavior I,the traditional growers have the highest evaluation of the efficiency of changing the fine varieties. The effectiveness of the Gastrodia planter is the highest for the replacement of the planting land, and the effective behavior is high in the effective behavior II.And the factors affecting the transformation of farmers' behavior types include disaster controllability, family binding force, resource endowment and income psychological account. And the family binding force is the key factor to influence farmers' behavior exchange.(4)Among the farmers with high perceived niche, nearly 90% of the disaster behavior belongs to effective behavior I,but the perceived niche of farmers belonging to effective behavior II is generally low, indicating that perception is closely related to farmers' planting behavior. The perception ability is related to the level of farmers' response to disaster behavior at a moderate level in 0.01 significant levels, indicating that the perceived ability has a promoting effect on the effectiveness of farmers' behavior. The higher the perception ability of farmers, the more effective the behavior is,the higher the behavior level and the greater the benefit.
