The Study On Socialization Of Tax Services From The Angle Of New Public Administration

With the development of Chinese economic and social situations,and the devolvement of democracy,tax service should be enhanced to a higher level. Tax service has become one of the most important parts of tax administration in China. Optimizing tax paying service is the inherent requirements of service-oriented government. It's the necessary choice of tax administration reform. The article introduces the new public management theory,put the tax service as a way of government public products, proposed tax service of the modem government manages.This thesis tries to give some creative ideas of the tax service socialization. In order to improve the tax service,some new ideas are given by this thesis. Base on theory analysis,history review and experience reference these three aspects, this thesis investigate the whole tax service system to improve it.All of these are the basics to analysis and study socialization of tax services in the tax department. The article introduces the theories about the tax service socialization and the successful experience got by the tax departments at home and abroad firstly. Making an deeply analysis on the problems exists in tax services and discussing the reasons at the same time. On this basics, making an analysis on the tax service socialization of using the New Public Administration as backgrounds. The analysis pay the point at the socialization of tax services, trying to improve the obey and tax services and improve the performance of the tax departments. Finally, through the strengthening of tax service concept, promote the tax service socialization, develop the tax management informationization, improve the tax service.
