| With the development of our city process accelerating, the increasing investment of infrastructure construction, and the pushing of the construction of the low-income housing, the construction industry in our country met the hitherto unknown development opportunity. At the same time, with the increasingly competition fierce in the domestic construction market, the construction industry is also faced with macroeconomic regulation and control, the real estate industry bubble, the rising cost of construction and other aspects of the challenges. At present, most of the Chinese construction enterprises don't have the cost management concepts, and lack of awareness of the strategy, enterprises as a whole high cost, the effect of the cost control is not ideal. Therefore, China's Construction Enterprises need an innovative cost management model; in order to reduce the overall cost level in the enterprise, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on strategic cost management theory, this paper analysis the value chain management system of Hunan construction group, solved the cost its management ignoring the overall cost management without considering the impact of collaborative management and development of cost management and project cost management to the group's problems in a certain extent. This paper firstly elaborated the method the meaning of value chain analysis, which provides the theoretical basis for the value chain analysis of specific application system. Next, analyzes the present situation of cost management of Hunan Construction Engineering Group, and points out the existing problems in cost management. Based on the analysis, from enterprise value chain analysis, the industry value chain to the competition analysis this three aspects in value chain analysis and the practical application of theory in the Hunan construction group, implementing strategic cost management and on the basis of the Hunan Construction Engineering Group to provide advice. |
