An enterprise is one of the professional company to provide Power pipeline equipment for large and medium-sized thermal power plant,nuclear power station and other major domestic power infrastructure projects. Four power pipeline is not only the power pipe of high temperature and pressure parts,and the one of the most core of auxiliary equipment of power station and stable operation,but also the aorta connection between the boiler and steam turbine in the medium run, its quality directly decides the plant operation efficiency.Shaoguan power plant,witch founded in 1958, was a key enterprises of Yuedian Group co., LTD with a long history. Shaoguan power plant rebuilt project planning 2×600 MW. The examination and approval procedures have been reported to the National development and Reform commission and has under construction.The plant four power pipeline project is responsible by an enterprise.Electricity four pipeline project delivery cycle is long.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the power plant construction progress, the enterprise needs to start the four power pipeline project at the end of 2013.The four power pipeline project of Shaoguan power plant has its own characteristics.How to effectively control the project risk to achieve project goals and input the risk of the project research is an important part of the project management for an enterprise.This paper makes use of the four power pipeline project of Shaoguan power plant.Uses the method of project risk management theory to research deeply on the case analysis, by means of the risk identification analysis for four power pipeline project of Shaoguan power plant.And in depth study of find effective risk control system for each step of project risk in four power pipeline,to find a practical application for the project risk control method to reduce the risks of the project may encounter to.Finally,to accomplish the construction of the expected goal.This paper combines with four power pipeline its own characteristics, the project background and environmental factors.Using a variety of tools such as WBS, experts interview on overall risk and specific areas risk identification of the project.Various stages of the risk matrix method was applied in the project risk factors were evaluated, and formulate a feasible set strategy, detailed control measures have been drawn up to specific risk factors to reach the purpose of control the risks. This paper use the method and means of the risk identification, risk analysis, risk estimate, risk control and risk response applies in Shaoguan power plant four power pipeline project is not only to this project, but also for other similar projects with the risk management to provide instructive experience, at the same time also can provide reference for domestic counterparts.
