The Research On The Renewal And Transformation Plan Of Dalian Suoyu Bay Coastal Industrial Zone

Dalian, known as the "northern Hong Kong", is a coastal city and an important part of the Old industrial base in Northeast China. Coastal area is the core area of port city, but the port and industry have developed for nearly a century, occupying the coastal area of Dalian. As the Northeast Asia international shipping center and the regional economic center, Dalian will experience a rapid development in the future, and with the northward development of the city expansion, Suoyu bay will become an important carrier of urban functions. In this paper, the main line of the research is to study the renewal and transformation of urban coastal industrial zone and the improvement of regional function, involving the macro-upgrading, the meso-planning control and the micro-detailed designing. The paper is divided into seven chapters.At first the introduction mainly introduces the basis and significance of the topic, and the research ideas, framework and methods of the paper. The second chapter starts from the background of the project, and expounds the reasons, the development course, the present situation and the planning process of the research object.In the third chapter, writer analyzed the theoretical study of urban renewal and transformation in China and the West, the types, dynamics, mode and function of the coastal areas in China and abroad, and the status quo and development of the historical context of Dalian. Based on the above theory and case analysis, summarized the experience, draw the functional orientation of the region, the organization layout, urban context and road texture.The fourth chapter analyzes on the macro level, focus on the research of regional co-ordination. Next analysis the planning layout and function partition, and puts forward the road system planning, the landscape system planning, and the control principle and method of the construction and development of the city block.The sixth chapter deepens on the micro level, researches on Urban Design in key areas, focuses on Axis, Square, Coastal landscape belt and Creative Industry Park.At last, summarize the main conclusions and research prospects of this paper.
