Sanshilipu Harbor Smart Industrial Zone Design Based On One-step Point Strategy

Smart city construction set off a wave around the world in recent years, Dalian Puwan new District in 2013 elected to the national smart city pilot cities. Puwan new District is still in its infancy, the construction of "Smart Puwan" is arduous,but lack of time ?experience and funds. The construction of "Smart Puwan" must find a suitable strategic plan.This paper compares the reference building experience and wisdom of advanced smart cities, summed up the construction of smart city must be combined with its own regional characteristics, the construction of Industrial Zone will drive the rapid development of smart city.Under the one-step point Strategy, the paper chooses an one-step point firstly. By analyzing the tasks of " Smart Puwan " and comparing the characteristics of Industrial Zones in Puwan, the paper chooses Sanshilipu Harbor Industrial Zone as a Forerunner. By analyzing the needs of Sanshilipu Harbor Industrial Zone, the paper developed a construction program of this Smart zone. Recent construction to achieve two main modules:integrated underground pipelines and space management functions and "one-stop" business service platform.This paper completes the top-level design of the one-step point construction, respectively designs the construction goals?main features and technical architectures of integrated underground pipelines and space management functions and "one-stop" business service platform. At the same time the paper proposes that the one-step point construction must adhere to government-led model.Finally, the paper proposes suggestions for sustainable development of "Smart Puwan", from angles of the organizational structure, policy support, capital support, construction technology and operation mode support...
