The Research Of Institution's Occupational Pension System Reform In Beijing

The occupational pension will become an important part of the national endowment insurance system.On the basis of this background, the capital city of Beijing, as a political and cultural exchange center, the implementation of pension insurance reform is more complex, in the practical operation of the occupational pension system is more representative, the reasonable construction of the pension system is more high. Therefore, this article takes the capital Beijing as the research object, through the comparative analysis of the pilot units, and makes a feasible analysis of the occupational pension system, and makes suggestions on the system convergence and supervision measures.Thesis is divided into five chapters sequentially. The first chapter is the introduction part of the full text, leads to the background and practical significance of this study, to make theoretical groundwork. The second chapter analyzes the overall status of occupational pension institution supplementary pension insurance system, it is assumed by the comparative study of the condition, found inadequacies. The third chapter analyzes the feasibility of centralized institutions, Beijing occupational pension supplementary pension insurance system construction, good environmental basis for introducing institutional reform.
