With China's opening and rapid developmen t of economy,the construction industry as an important one of pillar industries of national economy has been growing steadily.The construction enterprises gradually focus on the human resources issues along with its rapid growth.However,managers pay less attention to the positive effects of psychology capital on the employees ' job engagement than the effects of payment,performance and management.Such researches an psychology capital are intended to solve this problem.The related study findings suggest that employee engagement,job sati sfaction and work performance are the important results of psychology capital variables.It is also suggested that psychology capital has a positive impact on employees' work attitude and behavior.In this study,the constructio n enterprise employees are chosen as research object.Based on theories of psychology capital and job engagement,this paer build an interation model between psychology capital and job engagement.A questionnaire which referring to the scales developed by sc holars at home and abroad is designed for the project managers of constrution enterprise from Beijing area ? The random sample investigations are carried out.The survey data are analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.By significance test,correlation analysis,regression anaysis and other methods,we can conclude that:1.Psychology capital and job engagement of employees from constrution enterprise both have differences in partial demographic variables.Construction enterprises managers should take the divers ity of employees ' backgrund into consideration and adopt targeted measures.2.The overall and various dimensions of phychology capital of employees from construction enterprises are significantly positively related to job engagement.The effect of overal is more than each dimension.3.A multivariate regression analysis shows that such two dimensions as hope and optimism regarding psychology capital have significant positive predictive effect on job engagement.The relationship between psychology capital and job engagement of employees from construction enterprises is proved by theoretical analysis and empirical research of this paper.Furthermore,the result s of this study not only enrich the thories of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior,but also provide constructive suggestions to the promotion of job engagement.In the end,the paper discuss the issues and look ahead to the further reseach.
