The development of scientific and technological service enterprises is based on high-level scientific and technological talents,with the focus on providing knowledge,technology and other services related to the technological innovation process,and with great development potential.In the process of development,although the scientific and technological service enterprises have achieved certain achievements,they must realize that their development is still in its infancy,and there are problems in terms of service capacities and level to be improved,competitiveness and management needs to be improved.But the improvement of enterprises service capabilities are benefited from the improvement of service capabilities and quality of internal employees.The new generation of employees,as the main body of enterprises development,plays a leading role in realizing the steady development of enterprises.Therefore,research on the individual engagement of the new generation of employees is extremely necessary.This study explores the impact mechanism of person-organization fit on employee engagement from the perspective of individual perception of new generation employees in scientific and technological service enterprises,in order to provide reference for human resource management.On the basis of literature review,this paper defines the concept of scientific and technological service enterprises,new generation of employees,person-organization fit,perceived insider status and employee engagement,and discusses the relationship between variables and puts forward research hypotheses based on relevant theories.The questionnaire was designed by referring to the maturity scale of relevant variables,and questionnaires were distributed to the new generation of employees of scientific and technological service enterprises.The SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 was used to analyze 324 questionnaires,including reliability and validity analysis,the correlation analysis,and the regression analysis.The analysis results show that: In the scientific and technological service enterprises,(1)value matching,demand matching,and ability matching significantly positively affect the new generation vitality,dedication and concentration,and the degree of influence is different;(2)New generation of employees perceived insider status in value matching,ability matching and vitality,dedication partial mediation between concentration and concentration plays a part in mediating between demand matching,vitality and concentration,and plays a full intermediary role between demand matching and dedication.Based on the results of empirical analysis,in order to improve the engagement of new generations of employees in scientific and technological service enterprises,management suggestions are proposed from the following two aspects: one is to improve the matching between the new generation of employees and the organization,and the other is to strengthen the perceived insider status of the new generation of employees.
