Research On Poverty Issues In Chinese Society

It has gone through thirty-seven years from 1978 since the Third Plenary Session of China's reform and opening up.China's economic and social undertakings of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics have been considerable development in thirty-seven years.The total GDP increased from 67.9 billion RMB to sixty-three trillion RMB during 1952 to 2014.China has moved from an overall well-off society to a comprehensive well-off society.But China's economic development is still very uneven in current.With the per capita GDP still lags behind many developed countries.In case of China's large population,vast territory,and some place of northwest,southwest are mountainous areas.These areas are still lagging behind economic development.Per capita income gaps are regional.After the Third Plenary Session,Deng Xiaoping proposed to let some people through honest labor and lawful business to get rich,and the first rich to help the second rich,and ultimately achieve common prosperity.The aim is to enable some people to get rich first,and then gradually narrow the income gap.Thirty years of experience tells us that some people get rich relatively easy,but when these people get rich,the income gap is gradually widening.China's Gini coefficient was once beyond the international warning line for the Chinese community sounded the alarm.At present,the Chinese economy still maintained the momentum of rapid development.And gradually widened the gap between rich and poor has given Chinese economy has severely affected the good and fast development.Wealth gap mainly from several aspects: First among all sectors.For example,the gap between populations farmers,workers,government and other public servants.Second the income gap between rich and poor regions.The southeast coast of income is much higher than the income level in the Mainland,causing the gap between rich and poor regions.Third,the wealth gap between the industry.Some monopoly industries,such as electricity,energy,telecommunications and other sectors,they hold important and scarce resources,in income in these sectors is much higher than in other sectors,resulting in a gap between the industries.Wealth gap in China's society has seriously affected the economic and social development and hinder the well-off society,it is not conducive to the development of a fair and just society.Through research,the gap between rich and poor from different angles of the problem of the current Chinese society conduct research and identify the root causes of the wealth gap is formed,and then try to find concrete solutions to the wealth gap problem from different angles.
