A System Study On Reservoir Management Investment Management Of Zhongyuan Oil Field

The international oil price has been falling down since June 2014,it will be difficult to rebound sharply in the short term.The international oil market pattern is undergoing new changes affected by low oil prices,That is to say,the petrochemical industry is facing unprecedented difficulties,but in the meantime,it is also facing lifetime opportunity at present.How to deal with the new challenges for Chinese oil companies under low oil prices,seizing the opportunity to push forward the reform to realize sustainable development,establishing a scientific and reasonable investment management system for enterprise survival and development,it is of important practical significance.Based on the above background,this thesis will take the zhongyuan oilfield reservoir management mode of investment management as the research object,through the study of reservoir operation mode of investment management system,and the suggestions to zhongyuan oilfield reservoir operation mode of investment management system implementation are proposed.The basic framework of this thesis: firstly,based on the theory of reservoir management and investment management,according to the situation of zhongyuan oilfield project investment management,building up zhongyuan oilfield investment management system under the reservoir operation mode,and the reservoir exploration,development,construction will be studied to realize the whole process of reservoir operation management.Then the investment management feedback and control mechanism will be built up based on five levels of the investment project demonstrates,design,construction stage,project completion and the project evaluation,combined with the practical operation of zhongyuan oilfield investment management to propose the evaluation index system of different projects,to provide economic evaluation standard for the project investment decision-making,the execution of the plan basis for oilfield and project control management,further to enhance the level of zhongyuan oilfield investment project management.Finally,according to the final result,namely the result of comprehensive evaluation,the safeguard measures for zhongyuan oilfield reservoir operation mode of investment management system implementation are proposed.In the conclusion part,the process and results of this study are summarized,and the paper further research direction is also put forward.
