According to the operating and producing practice , this thesis makes systemically analysis on basis of index of operation, development and production, cost of producing process, structure of measure, and dynamic monitor of oil deposit, optimized craft parameter, comprehensive program of public order, the rear service expenditure and efficiency of management, etc. In this foundation, the paper conducts the pointed analysis research on countermeasure of oil deposit operation from the development work deployment, investment project optimization deployment, the cost budget deployment in future, and determined corresponding countermeasures and conducts safeguard measures in finishing task of operating combining the practical situation of enterprise.In order to finish the research task of the analysis of the management practice and countermeasures of oil reservoir management of the third oil factory of ZhongYuan Oil Field Branch, this paper mainly use the researching method of the theory combining with the practice.
