Reaearch On Cost Benchmarking Management Of A Oilfield Mining Division

The world economic recover weakly in the past two years,the demand for oil resources growth slowdown,the trendy of the international oil price volatility rose slightly,and then deep down.With the China's economic growth into the shifting period,downward pressure are increased,the situation of domestic oil companies faced would be even more difficult.Oilfield,a non-productive sectors,as the main income from subsidies and various group companies in the ore units,is facing even more severe test.In order to solve the dilemma,division implemented a cost benchmarking management.In this paper,it is an application research with the object on cost benchmarking management of A oilfield mining division.Through the division of the questionnaire survey to relevant person and in-depth research on the spot,analysis the current cost management of the status and existing problems.From the organizational structure,understanding,respect the process,set the index value and other systems,described the problems of the current A group cost benchmarking management.Learn from related cost management and standard management theoretical research,relevant experience in cost management control and other standard management advanced oilfield mining area as a reference,on the basis of the current cost of the standard division management on several aspects of the above problems has been optimized.By improving the organizational structure,deepen understanding of the standard management,optimization of standard management processes,improve cost benchmark index value,the cost benchmarking management and cost budget management,establish the performance evaluation and incentives and other measures.On the basis of theoretical study for A oilfield mining division constructed cost benchmarking management system,applied research to solve the division of existing cost control difficulties,take effective standard management approach ensures that business unit cost reduction and efficiency to achieve the goals,while providing useful experience for the domestic services sector and non-productive units.
