Both in developed and developing countries, SMEs are indispensable part of the national economy. In China, SMEs already become an important force in the adjustment of China's market economy and prosperity growth, industrial structure, promoting technological innovation, new jobs, and the internal formation of new industries and other aspects of China's reform and opening up in a wave of share a strong impetus. At the end of 2012, in China's corporate registration record 3.75 million units, of which there are 2,160,000 of private corporate entities, in addition, there are 41.29 million self-employed businesses. In these corporate enterprises more than 98% are SMEs, SMEs evident in the economic status of our country's heavy visible. With the deepening of reform and opening up and expanding, China has strongly advocated the development of SMEs, particularly in the banking business of credit support. However, under the guidance of national call policy background, commercial banks have vigorously expand SME credit business, but also saw the credit risk of SMEs which implied. Due to the inherent deficiencies of SMEs, to become China's business model and the commercial bank credit risk control constraints. For a long period of time, SME credit risk has been the focus and difficulty of commercial bank credit risk management, which also limits the SME credit business bigger and stronger. How to control risk while also allowing SME credit business healthy and orderly development, has become an issue at present China's commercial banks have to be solved. Regional Economic Industrial Bank branch in Shenyang, Liaoning region, the relative state of development of SMEs in the southern areas of reform and opening up earlier, the overall relatively late start, the scale and speed of development of SME credit business requirements and goals from the head office there a gap, but it has also become an important issue that must be addressed my branch.In this paper, based on the theory of asymmetric information, credit for SMEs through business process research, the combination of theoretical and empirical, the development status of the Shenyang Branch of Industrial Bank SME credit business and the problems that actually exist on the basis of research and analysis conducted, through the analysis of aspects of risk management model and the Industrial Bank of existing risk management and control and other aspects, summarized the experience of SME credit risk management, propose solutions to the current business of the Industrial Bank SME credit risk management insufficient countermeasures and suggestions, and then solve the existing problems, Shenyang Branch of Industrial Bank SME credit risk management.
