| As a special social organization, corps carries the mission of “reclaiming land and guarding the border areas” constantly. The basic unit of corps is regiment, whose staff would build labor relationship with the regiment legally, introduce formalities, sign labor contract, observe regulations of the regiment and fulfill the obligations. As the master, builder and wealth creator of regiment, staff is the core force of development, as the income of staff being the key issue of the corps. This paper, based on the actual situation, provides some suggestions for increasing the income of the Eighth Division's staff from the aspect of increasing income in a more diversified and efficient way. Targeting at the staff of the Eighth Division, this paper first carries out specific analysis on staff team, average income of the past years, pure income multiplier and Engel's coefficient of family. Interest factors influencing staff's income are found by combining grey correlation analysis with the above analysis, and then major factors influencing the increasing of staff's income of the Eighth Division are found out(including unreasonable industrial structure, low scientific level of agriculture, low added value of agricultural products, low urbanization rate of the regiment, low cultural quality of staff, inflation of leadership, overriding burden to staff and political elements) in combination with methods like qualitative and quantitative, contrast and comprehensive way. In the end, for the influencing factors and development condition of the Eighth Division, suggestions to improve staff's income of the Eighth Division are proposed, including adjust industrial structure, promote industrial development of agriculture, improve scientific level of agriculture, improve commodity rate of agricultural products, continue the benefiting-farmers policy, increase the intensity of support, streamline herd leading institutions and improve worker's cultural level, etc. |
