At the Information Era, with the developing of science and technology as well as the Internet information industry, the Internet Information consumption penetrates into all aspects of social activities which has become a vital important part of people’s daily lives. The Government Work Report of 2015 put forward the concept of “Internet +”. It rises a new wave of the combination between Internet and traditional industries. Right now, people have got used to obtaining information through the network, communicating through Instant Messaging, establishing a Circle of Friends via social media, and making deals through business website. Grains of sand can be grouped together to form a pagoda. Internet users’ personal information consumption will gradually change the mode of production, lifestyles, consumption patterns and governance of the whole society. Therefore, the study of Internet Information consumption behavior is a must.This study,named "the current situation of internet information consuming in Shandong Province",is based on a big social research project—— "Research in Shandong ".We give off questionnaires online and off-line,in which the effective ones are 1707 and 732.We analyzed the outcomes with the SPSS 19.0 and Excel.By this analysis,we concluded the characteristics of the internet information consuming:the subjectivity of the netizens,pan-entertainment, post-modernity, interaction with technology.Based all this analysis,I give my our theoretical interpretation to the action and its characteristics of netizens in the perspectives of communication,social psychology and media ecology.The first chapter is the status of Internet information consumption behavior empirical investigation, including the Internet, background information on consumer behavior analysis, the investigation and the analysis of the survey data.The second chapter mainly analyzes the subjectivity of Internet information consumption behavior of Internet users. Data shows that Internet users play a duel role in the process of information consumption. The Internet information consumption is not only beneficial to build personal identity but also help users build their social identity. At last, it points out that every individual person is the subject of the network society and the consumer behavior of Internet information shows the subjectivity of human being.The third chapter aims to analyze the pan-entertainment feature on Internet consumer’s behaviors. On one hand, Internet users indulge in symbolic society and the Network society addict human users, all of which caused psychological needs change. At the same time, both the good and bad quality information exists on network. People have limited access to distinguish, which lead to an alienation Internet information consumption environment. On the other hand, pan-entertainment is also reflected the the way the Internet has changed the perception of the users, so we will face the danger of becoming a “flat man”. In a word, it reflects a kind of information consumption trend of the pursuit of sensory pleasure.The fourth chapter analyzes the postmodern characteristics on Internet consumer’s behaviors.In the Internet information consumption by e-citizens, this feature behaves not only as digestion authority, deconstruction overall, removal center and fragmentation, but also as the tolerance to multi-culture and resistance to extreme rational being.At the end of this chapter, it points out the characteristics of the combination of the spirit of the Internet and the post-modern culture.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the dependence of Internet information consumer behavior on technology, and pointed out that the ultimate goal of technology is to pursue comprehensive development of man.
