A Research On Low-carbon Consumption Behavior Of College Student And Its Influencing Factors

With the rapid development of the Global economics, the problem of Environment pollution、climate change and resource exhausting is gradually highlight. For these environment problem, The international community put forward low-carbon economy developing mode, request every country change their mode of production and consumption on the base of low-carbon technology, to reduce CO2emissions and protect environment. Face the international pressure to reduce emissions and the requirement of our country development, china government put forward "acquire green and low-carbon development views, claim construct the production and consumption mode which is saving resource、friendly to environment". As the request, not only do we produce by low-carbon mode, but also do we consume by low-carbon life style.How we can lead peoples’consumption style to low carbon’s to accelerate the construction of China low-carbon consumption? As China has great population and many group, the groups have different life style and consumption mode, if we can guide the group who has the strong influence to other group’s consumption behavior, in that way the construction of china people’s low-carbon consumption will be more fast and more efficient. In this paper the college student’s low-carbon consumption as the research object, analyze the main factor which influence the college students’ low-carbon consumption, and raise some advice to lead their consumption behavior, aimed at lead other group’s low-carbon consumption behavior by college student’s influence and appeal so that we can explore and open up a new road for low-carbon consumption mode.The paper combine other subject such as Sociology, psychology, mathematical statistics on the base of internal and external research, put forward the model of college student’s low-carbon consumption, assumes that psychological sense of variables and demographic variables has the influence to low-carbon consumption behavior. The paper measure college students’low-carbon behavior by questionnaire to analyze the behavior, then use Fisher Discriminant analysis to test the low-carbon behavior model. The conclusion is the psychological sense of variables and demographic variables has the important influence to low-carbon consumption behavior, and the psychological sense of variables is more significant.
