Game Analysis On Stability In Technical Alliance Of Enterprises

Under the background of innovation driven development,enterprises were encouraged and assisted to establish a technical alliance by the state and local governments.So the technical alliance of the enterprises got rapid development in our country.However,their development was restricted by instable problems such as short life,unexpected termination.Technical alliance of the enterprises is a dynamic organization,and they are faced with different instable factors while in different stages.By analysis we know that technological proximity and absorptive capability are important factors that influence alliance's stability.Therefore,it is necessary to study their action mechanism to alliance stability.This thesis uses game theory and empirical analysis to research the influences of technological proximity and absorptive capacity on alliance stability in the framework of “finding-explanation-solving”,explains the causes of the alliance instability,and puts forward strategies for maintaining stability.The main research contents:(1)research the influence of technological proximity between members and their decisions if they should work together using evolutionary game;(2)explore the regulating effect of absorptive capacity on the technological proximity by using empirical analysis and comparing the analysis results of poisson regression model with negative binomial;(3)put the above two researches in a unified framework by using a two-stage game method,research on enterprises' participation,maintaining or withdrawing behaviors through making profit function models,analyze the influences of technological proximity and absorptive capacity on alliance stability,and the regulating effects of income distribution coefficient on them,in the end put forward the strategies for alliance maintaining stable under different equilibriums.Through above researches,we find that: technological proximity affects enterprises' participation enthusiasm,so enterprise will be more willing to cooperate with the one which has a lower degree of technological proximity with it;absorptive capacity can also effect alliance's stability,and it has an complementary effect on technological proximity,in other words it can diminish its negative impact on innovation performance,therefore,the higher the technological proximity the easier to be successful for enterprise which has high absorption capacity;so from the perspective of dynamic,the enterprise with high absorption capacity should cooperate with the enterprise that has a high technological proximity with it in the stage of partner selection;in addition,it is also necessary to have lower coordination costs and reasonable income distribution coefficient if you want to make the alliance running stability.This paper has a realistic significance to support alliance's establishment,development and promoting its stability.
