The Application Research On Working Capital Management Of D Company Based On Channel Management Theory

Enterprise want to maintain the normal operation,it must have adequate working capital.Working capital management as the important content of enterprise financial management,it plays an important role in the development of the enterprise.With the development of the modern enterprise,the traditional working capital management has been difficult to adapt to the enterprise management requirements.Channel management using the theory of supply chain management,customer relationship management and channel relations theories to be applied to working capital management.The concept of channels is not limited to marketing channel,It extends to the enterprise itself and upstream suppliers,covering the business from procurement,production and product distribution of the whole process.This process involves all members of the channel to manage,such as suppliers,manufacturers,brokers and consumers.This study involves management,financial management,marketing and other related theories.D is a small manufacturing enterprise in wood processing.As the company continues to develop,but working capital management of D is poor,leading to financial risk problem increasingly.At the same time,the traditional working capital management is unable to meet the needs of the company.So this paper will use the theory of channel management to analysis of working capital management of D,in order to optimizing the structure of channels and maintaining good relationship with various channels.This paper use the combination of theory and practice,using the method of financial indicators to making the theory of channel management to application in the working capital management of D.Applying this theory to solve the problem of working capital management of D.It is based on the theory of channels to put forward the scientific and reasonable system of working capital management strategy,in order to provide some suggestions and measures to this company and other same enterprises on the problems of working capital management.
