Research On Working Capital Management Of Chinese Household Electric Appliance Enterprises Based On Channel Management

In the daily financial management of the enterprise,the management of working capital is the important content,it is the "flow of blood" of the enterprise' s survival and development,makes the enterprise's production and marketing links smoothly.With the economic globalization,domestic and international economic situation is becoming increasingly complex,the scale of the business is growing,assets are gathered,and capital flows have become increasingly frequent.Therefore,in this situation,how to do a good job in the management of working capital to affects the enterprise long-term survival and development.In recent years,with the development of working capital management theory,Academics have proposed a combination of working capital management and business process,and constructed a management system of operation funds with channel management as the core,it provides a new perspective for the research of working capital management theory of enterprise and has an important practical significance on the research of working capital management.First of all,from two angles of tradition and channel,the paper reviews a large number of research literature at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of operation capital management of Chinese household electric appliance enterprises,and summarizes the existing problems of operation capital management in Chinese household electric appliance enterprises.Secondly,taking M company as an example,the paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management from two aspects of structure management and project management,it concludes that the traditional working capital management method is not related to the actual business process of the enterprise,can't identify problems from the overall perspective of the enterprise and it is not adapted to the needs of enterprise strategic development.When channel management theory is introduced,the paper compares working capital turnover of M company and Qingdao Haier and industrial average,it is more able to find out the problems existing in working capital management of M company as a whole.Finally,the paper aims at the existing problems of working capital management of M company and the domestic household electric appliance enterprises,and puts forward somesuggestions to improve the management of working capital of Chinese household electric appliance enterprises from the point of view of channel,hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of working capital management of Chinese household electric appliance enterprises.
