Research On The Management Of YH Company Working Capital From The Perspective Of The Channel

In recent years, the domestic and international economic situation has shown the overall volatility. Especially in 2014, the economic operation of the downward trend, the increase in output of industrial products decreased significantly, machinery, coal, etc., and even negative growth. Under economic pressure, China’s enterprises, especially the manufacturing industry, want to survive, develop and maintain their own business performance, we must pay attention to their daily financial management, especially working capital management. For enterprises, working capital is equivalent to the enterprise’s blood, so that the normal operation of the enterprise, must ensure that the operation of the healthy way of working capital. With the passage of time, the traditional theory of working capital management has not been applied to modern enterprises. But at this time, more and more scholars begin to study and practice to find working capital management optimization method, the channel theory and other management theory into one of them, and hope that all kinds of enterprise’s working capital management can have better improvement. For the enterprise itself, it is imperative to improve the management performance of the working capital through the channel management theory. This paper adopts case analysis and normative analysis. Based on the theory of channel management, this paper focuses on the management of working capital management. Through the research literature, the paper analyzes the operating fund management problems in the daily management of enterprises in the industry.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper selects YH company as the object of case study, and carries on the research of working capital management. This paper describes and analyzes the operating capital allocation and performance level changes of the YH company, and gives the corresponding results, that is, the YH company through the channel management approach to optimize the working capital has achieved some results. At the same time, it also points out that the YH company in the past two years, the decline in cement demand, still should pay attention to improve some of the problems. In the end, this paper hopes to provide a reference case and method for the management of working capital of cement manufacturing industry in our country, which can help enterprises to strengthen the management of working capital as well as possible, so that the enterprise can survive and develop.
