At present,the world logistics industry is showing a trend of socialization and specialization.It is quite common for the business enterprise to outsource the logistics function of its own to the professional logistics company.Logistics enterprises through professional service can significantly reduce the customer's logistics costs,and improve social comprehensive logistics service level,makes itself become an important factor in the industry with strong vitality,but also the country's comprehensive competitiveness promotion.Construction of the logistics enterprises of our country is not a long time,only ten years of history,compared to developed countries such as Europe and the United States.The theory is lag,practice is to have a larger gap,in petroleum industry in our country,this situation is even more significant.The ZY Logistics Co.,Ltd.is from Zhongyuan Oilfield transportation restructuring of enterprises,rely on oil industry at the same time,how to analyze facing the environment,make suitable development strategy has become the key to the further development of enterprises.First of all,the paper reviews the theory of strategic management to provide the theoretical basis for the study.Secondly,the paper analyzes the macro environment,competitive environment and micro environment of the company.Macro environment,the analysis of the political and legal,economic,social,cultural and technological environment,these external environment are currently on the enterprise to find a modern logistics provides favorable conditions.Competition environment,through the five forces model analysis,we can see that the oil service business faced little competition,but social logistics business is facing greater competitive pressures,suppliers and customers bargain ability is strong.The paper also analyzes the demand of logistics market,which provides a great opportunity for the future development of the company.Thirdly,based on the environment analysis,the paper summed up the company's advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,advantages of the development of the company is national and local industrial policy support,perfect with each passing day traffic network,experience and brand advantage,the disadvantage is that dim consciousness of market,lack of professional personnel,facing the opportunity lies in social logistics and overseas drilling the relocation of the market demand,there is the threat that the fierce competition in the market,cost is rising year by year.Integrated these factors,this paper through the evaluation of internal and external factors,the company should choose the expansion of development strategy.At last this paper expounds the connotation of expansion strategy,set goals and steps of the development strategy,and puts forward some concrete measures for the implementation of the strategy,including the reset unit organization,business process optimization,strengthen quality control,promoting the informationization construction,actively participate in the third party logistics.?This study has an important guiding role for the healthy and rapid development of ZY Logistics Co.Ltd.,at the same time for other logistics enterprises in the petrochemical industry management also has a certain significance.
