Building production hasthe characteristics of one-off? complexity? open-air high operation?labor intensive,So it is always a high-risk industries.safety accidents in the field of construction occur frequently,with high casualties.The losses of the country and people's life and property is huge.Although China's construction safety supervision and management system is continuous improvement,construction enterprises also applied the advanced security means,but accidents still occur from time to time.Moreover,it was found that with safety hardware investment increasing and the continuous improvement of safety measures,the effect of reducing the accident rate is more and more small,and a large number of construction production practice shows that advanced technology and equipment can not completely eliminate the occurrence of safety accidents.Therefore,safety factors of human behavior have become a research hotspot.In the research of the influencing factors about the construction workers' safety behavior,studying on the impact of transformational leadership on safety behavior of the construction workers.Based on this,regarding the effect of transformational leadership on construction worker safety behavior as the main research contents,and introducing organizational justice to explore the deeper effect mechanism of transformational leadership impacting onthe workers' safety behavior.Reorganization and conformity of thesafety related research results of transformational leadership,organizational justice,safety behavior,the conceptual model and research hypothesis are proposed based onthe social exchange theory.On the basis of the domestic and foreign mature scale,the initial questionnaire was formed.The initial questionnaire was purified and modified by the small sample pretest,and the formal questionnaire was formed.Beijing,Tianjin and other places of construction workers to investigate the work of workers and through online research,a total of 379 questionnaires,320 valid questionnaires.After the reliability and validity analysis,the main use of structural equation model and regression analysis method to examine the transformational leadership on safety behavior impact and fair intermediary role.Theresults showed that transformational leadership of the four dimensionsepigrams,charismatic leadership,personalized care and vision incentive for construction workers safety behavior,there is a significant positive impact,and distribution fairness between transformational leadership and safety behavior plays a certain part of the intermediaryrole.Finally,the construction enterprise safety management works in the management recommendations for the construction enterprise reference.
