Hazard Management System For Business Incubator:Build And Research

Business incubator is an important part of the national innovation system,but also the main content of area innovation system.Business incubators assist SMEs in science and technology into practical results,grow high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs into follow-up force for sustainable national economic development.However,the majority of business incubators in safety management is not that active,workplace safety information is opaque,and the management responsibilities are not clear.To resolve these problem,this paper combines the system safety engineering methods and reactive programming technology to provide a high efficiency but low-cost hazard management solution.On the basis of the current status of the research,this paper not only built a desktop version which can be used with personal computer,but also developed a mobile version which can be used on mobile phones.Moreover,the security-related data will be displayed public on the monitor,so that employees could know the working environment is safety or not.Then each employee will be the supervisor of business incubator.On the side of safety engineering,through regular safety checks to import or update data.It will determine the hazard characteristics then propose appropriate measures through hazard identification and control methods.On the side of computer science,reactive programming techniques turned the data in the database into useful information on the screen.It suggested further actions to the staffs.With the system,this paper achieved interdisciplinary research.Finally,the efficiency of hazards management has been improved by the system,and more importantly,it is an open and transparent way of passing information.Now,the team of safety engineers has more control than before.It will be easier to get help from other groups.Everyone in the business incubator will be thankful,for the hard work and effort of the safety engineers team.
