The Implement And Evaluation Research On Enterprise G Information Management System Based On BPR Theory

With the progress of economy globalization and information technology, most of Chinese enterprises gradually realize the importance of information construction in the process of building enterprise core competitiveness. More and more Chinese enterprises have started to build information management system to enhance their competitiveness in the market. During this reforming process, some enterprises indeed achieved the target, but more ones not. Under this circumstance, it is very important for Chinese enterprises, especially for small and medium-sized ones, to research how to build the suitable enterprise information management system, how to meet the requirement of enterprises and achieve their management target through this system. And it is also the main objective of this dissertation. This dissertation takes Enterprise G as an example to make the research. Based on the SWOT analysis and current organization structure description, it finds defects and makes the adjustment on the organization accordingly. Secondly, it uses the BPR management tools of SIPOC, ASME, ESIA to make the description, analysis and re-engineering in order to build an efficient and reasonable business process to meet the requirement of Enterprise G. The third, it divides the information management system into three modules including sales, procurement, storage & logistics, and makes the logic and function connection among every modules so the design of information system can match the actual business process. Finally, this dissertation makes the detailed comparison on the working efficiency and effect of Enterprise G before and after implementing the information management system to verify the implementation effect of information system. It summarizes the full content of the dissertation at last and point out the goals of future development for Enterprise G. This dissertation aims to provide a reference solution for small and medium-sized enterprises which are building and preparing to build the enterprise information management system according to the analysis of Enterprise G's BPR and information management system construction.
