The Research On Designing Of Agricultural Network Information Resources

With the advent of the information age in 21 st century,Information technology has gradually penetrated into the development process of Agriculture.Chinese agriculture is from the traditional development gradually into new stage of agricultural development of modernization and informationization.If farmers want to get better survival and development in the information of agricultural production and life,farmers should be proficient in application of information technology and information resources.In this process,the agricultural information resources of the network has a rapid development in the process of agricultural informatization.At present,the number of network resources suitable for the actual needs of farmers is high,but the quality is low.It is difficult to satisfy the actual needs of farmers and solve practical problems.Therefore,how to improve the quality of agricultural network information resources become the main research direction of agricultural informationization construction process.The paper is based on the platform of agricultural information service in Jilin Province,to explore a new design mode for agricultural network information resources.It has practical significance to promote the construction of network information resources.The overall framework of the article can be divided into six parts.The first chapter briefly introduces background,present situation of domestic and foreign agricultural network information resources,purpose and method of this research.The second chapter briefly definition of the concept of the connotation,characteristics and classification of agricultural network information resource,and analysis of the lifelong education theory and the adult learning theory.It concludes the existing problems of agricultural network information resources.The third chapter gives an analysis on the agricultural information resources network in Jilin Province.The main research objects are the basic situation of farmers in Jilin Province,the current situation of network resources and the learning needs of farmers.Through the results analysis,summarize the problems of agricultural network information resources in Jilin Province.The fourth chapter is mainly based on the theory of Educational Technology to design of agricultural network information resources and raise the objectives,principles and design pattern of agricultural network information resources.The fifth chapter in order to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the agricultural network information resource model,assess the effect of these resources,witch relying on the agricultural information service platform in Jilin Province,with a case study of crop diseases and pests diagnose control resources.At the last,the evaluation results are analyzed in this paper.To further improve the design and development of agricultural network information resources.The sixth chapter is mainly summarizes the conclusions and weakness of this research and looks forward to the follow-up studies.
