Agricultural Information Resources Construction In The Development Of Agricultural Insurance Research

Inner Mongolia began to implement financial premium subsidies of agricultural insurance policy since 2007. Agricultural insurance policy in the protection of farmers income, reduce the risk of agricultural production has played a positive role, but in the development process also has problems such as moral hazard, high lost pay rate, and average lost pay. To ensure the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural insurance, agricultural information resources construction has played an important role in agricultural insurance, insurance institutions, government and farmers built information passed network in agricultural insurance to provide meteorological, agricultural production, farmers’ information resources needed for agricultural insurance, thereby reducing the risk of agricultural production and agricultural insurance risk. This paper analyzes the characteristics of agricultural insurance, summarizes the agricultural information involved in agricultural insurance and explains the importance of agricultural information resources construction in agricultural insurance. A case study of agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia analyzes the development situation of Inner Mongolia agricultural information resources construction in agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance situation, pointing out the problems of the construction of agricultural information resources in Inner Mongolia agricultural surance. In reference to the domestic and foreign’s experience of constructing agricultural information resource in agricultural insurance, design and build information platform of agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia, provide new directions and perspectives for the exploration of the construction of agricultural information resources, promote the informatization of agricultural insurance development in Inner Mongolia.
