Evaluation For The Development Of Internet Agriculture Based On G1-Hesitant Fuzzy Evaluation Method

"Internet +" provides a new way of thinking for China’s economic development,which driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry.Agriculture as the foundation of anything, must coexist with the Internet,and "Internet + agriculture" is bound to guide the development direction of modern agriculture in the future.However, compared with the boom of the Internet and other industry development, the "Internet + agriculture" have many blank,there will be more space and value of the study.This article takes shandong province as the study area, the "Internet + agricultural" development level as the research object, and throughs the G1- hesitant fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate it, and analyzes the evaluation results.The research results show that,(1)According to the revised order relation analysis method to calculate the index weight,according to the results showed that,in 2013 and 2014, the government support level of the weight is 49.856% and 45.657%. Among them, the construction of infrastructure accounted for 58.361% and 51.378%, the weight of rural fiscal investment accounts for 41.351% and39.936%. Technology application level of the weight is 18.688% and 20.748%, of which the application level of farmers in the technology application level of weight is 18.459% and19.786%, agricultural enterprise application level of the weight is 24.763% and 25.853%,government affair application level of the weight is 12.358% and 13.621%, the weight of new farmers development level is 19.172% and 23.732%. Benefit level of the weight is 31.456%and 33.595%. Among them, the social benefits in efficiency levels of weight is 32.873% and35.562%; The weight of economic benefits in efficiency levels were 30.039% and 31.628%.By analyzing the data, the level of government support is the foundation for the development of the "Internet + agriculture",and technology application level is the support of "Internet +agricultural development,and benefit level is the "Internet + agriculture" development goals.(2)Hesitant fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the "Internet + agriculture" in shandong province the development level of the evaluation results. The results showed that,the "Internet + agricultural development level of shandong province in 2013 and 2014,scoring 0.036752185 and 0.042865902, in 2014, the pace of development is 16.63%. But we should recognize that the " Internet + agricultural” development in shandong province is still in the preliminary stage of construction, the current development level still cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of agriculture. The other part of the indicators for thedevelopment of faster, but some indicators from 2013 to 2014 the development of speed is slow, the pace of development does not coordinate with other indicators. "Internet +agriculture" development and construction process should be coordinated development of various indicators.If some indicators have fast development and some indicators have slow development,it will create development uncoordinated problems.In a word, "Internet + agricultural” development level of shandong province is still at the initial stage.In the future,the process of development and construction should ensure the rapid development of every index and harmonious development.
