In life and work the information we are facing is becoming more and more complex.In the actual decision,because of the decision-makers subjective of information,the limitations of knowledge and the variability of decision-making environment,it is very difficult to for decision makers accurately determine the complex problems.The fuzzy number is an effective solution.Therefore,extended hesitant fuzzy set is the latest extension from hesitant fuzzy set,the membership degree is a collection of multiple value groups.The value group is a set of possible numbers between 0 and 1.The main advantage of extended hesitant fuzzy set is that we can completely retain the evaluation information of each decision maker,and effectively solve the decision making problems of different decision-maker's weight.In decision making,the theory of language hesitant fuzzy set can address the qualitative preferences of decision makers as well as reflect their hesitancy,uncertainty and inconsistency.In this thesis,the main goal is studying the extended hesitant fuzzy set and the linguistic hesitant fuzzy set,and the main work is as follows:(1)The outranking of extended hesitant fuzzy set is proposed.Firstly,we introduce the concordance index for the assertion of_ia outranking_ia and the discordance index of each attribute,we define the concordance index and discordance index and the dominant relation of extended hesitant fuzzy element based on the concordance index and discordance index and the dominant relation of hesitant fuzzy element.(2)The distance measure of language extended hesitant fuzzy set is proposed and it is used in multiple attribute decision making.In this paper,a decision method based on cloud model is proposed.Firstly,the language extended hesitant fuzzy set are transformed into comprehensive clouds.secondly,the Hamming distance measure of comprehensive clouds are defined.Lastly,the comprehensive value of solutions are sorted.(3)The probability language hesitant fuzzy set is proposed.At the same time,the scoring function and the variance function of probability language hesitant fuzzy set are defined,and some basic operations between probability language hesitant fuzzy set are defined.
