| Our country is in the middle and late stage of industrialization, manufacturing industry is still the pillar and foundation of our country's economic growth. Facing the domestic and foreign dual dilemma, the development of manufacturing industry is in urgent need of strategic adjustment, and the servitization of manufacturing industry provides a new idea for the industrial transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this paper, with related cases, servitization of manufacturing of different characteristics and patterns of profit model are summarized, and compared with the traditional manufacturing, servitization of manufacturing has two major advantages including adding value and integrating resources.According to the input-output table, this paper analyzes the direct and total consumption coefficient of China's manufacturing industry to the service industry, as well as the extent of total consumption coefficient variation of different service industries in the manufacturing sector impact. Compared with the developed countries and developing countries in 2011, we finds that the level of servitization of China's manufacturing industry is still very low, the impact on manufacturing services is not high, and the degree of investment in equipment manufacturing and services are on the rise.According to the 2014 annual report of listed companies in China's manufacturing industry, the paper statistical services of the different types of manufacturing enterprises, and the number of operating conditions, and higher service revenues accounted for 18 listed manufacturing companies in the sample, to its 2012 2014 annual output service data for comparison and found the service level of China's manufacturing output is generally not high, but in the enterprises which at a higher degree of servitization, the output level of enterprises has improved, compared to the midwest, the servitization trend of eastern region is more obvious, the servitization output of the equipment manufacturing industry is of a higher degree.On this basis, factors affecting servitization of manufacturing input and output were carried out, this paper puts forward five suggestions, points out that in order to promote the servitization of manufacturing industry of our country, manufacturing industry competition environment should be improved, the innovation of state-owned enterprise services should be promoted, and we should reduce the manufacturing industry of resource dependence by adding the knowledge and technology intensive service industry, construct energy-saving and environment-friendly enterprises, promote the equipment manufacturing industry rapid development, support enterprise internationalization strategy, guide the development of productive service industry, promote more service business, optimize the manufacturing industry policy environment, and create better external conditions for the servitization of manufacturing industry. |
