| Manufacturing industry is important industry of Chinese national economy and people's livelihood,but domestic labor cost advantage in manufacturing in China descent,excess capacity and competitiveness as well as the western developed countries abroad "industrialization" strategy impact and threat to the development of emerging economies with multiple extrusion,chongqing as the country's most important old industrial base in southwest China,manufacturing industry is faced with severe test of survival,in order to maintain advantage in the fierce competition at home and abroad in,transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of chongqing is urgently needed.Open in a new context,the current chongqing is comprehensive to xi jinping,general secretary of the proposed "two points" orientation,"two" goals "projects",focusing on manufacturing high quality and the supply side,intelligence development,this study on the domestic and foreign scholars about the "manufacturing service" research,on the basis of fully combed,manufacturing service practice in chongqing as the research object,Respectively chongqing since 1997,2002,2007 and 2012,the chongqing bureau of four departments inputoutput table data,2015 input-output table data and chongqing manufacturing 43 2017 financial data of the section as the original data of listed companies,from two angles of service industry as a service and the enterprise input-output,measuring the chongqing manufacturing value-chain development degree,the analysis of the effect of manufacturing between service and manufacturing performance,finally from two aspects: government functional departments and the manufacturing enterprise of chongqing manufacturing value-chain strategic measures are put forward,It provides some theoretical references for chongqing manufacturing industry to implement the servitization strategy to improve the efficiency of chongqing manufacturing industry and promote the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained: from the perspective of service input,it is found that the overall level of service input in chongqing manufacturing industry is still relatively low,and the level of service input varies among different types of manufacturing industries.Neutral technological progress under the assumption,the influence of the input to the manufacturing productivity of service is positive but not significant,the neutral technical progress assumptions,observed in service can bring the capital saving technical progress,but early on manufacturing productivity of service into the total effect may be due to the cost of investment and low quality services don't match appears certain negative effects,specific performance for labour-saving neutral technical setbacks;There is a certain difference between the industry characteristics and the productivity effect of the servitization of input.Under the premise of non-neutral technology assumption,the coefficient of the cross term of the dummy variable of the servitization of input and the capital-technology-intensive is positive but not significant,while the coefficient of the cross term of the servitization of input and the labortechnology-intensive dummy variable is negative but not significant.From the perspective of service output,on the one hand,the chongqing's enterprises manufacturing service level is still relatively low,the enterprise to carry out the manufacturing value-chain didn't brings to the enterprise financial performance ascension even affecting enterprise performance,and corporate financial performance exist obvious inverted "U" type of relationship,for enterprise's market performance effect is not obvious;On the other hand,service manufacturing enterprises in chongqing provide non-related businesses.With the expansion of service business in manufacturing industry,non-related businesses grow more and more,even more than 50%,which is an important reason for the deviation between "service manufacturing" and "performance" in manufacturing enterprises in chongqing.Therefore,investment in chongqing manufacturing production performance of service also is very limited,must accelerate chongqing manufacturing industrial structure upgrade,on the degree of manufacturing value-chain do deep,do fine,do fine,production can be improved by producer services meet the demand of manufacturing industry development of chongqing's service products,thereby promoting chongqing manufacturing efficiency. |
