Consumption is the most stable and permanent motivations that driven economic growth. Research on the expanding domestic demand and stimulate consumption originated early. There is a departure in terms of revenue: increase income, reduce the income gap, etc; And there is also from the view of risk expenditure such as improving the social security system, restrain high prices in real-estate, regulate the market economy order and so on. However, because the related policy of expanding domestic demand to promote economic growth from these studies are presented for many years, but with little success. Above all, we believe that the main way to boost consumption and expand domestic demand currently is raising the level of consumer credit growth gradually.In this paper, I use the development of consumer credit as a study object to classify the domestic and international researches on the dynamic factors that influence the development of consumer credit. Before examining what impact the development of consumer credit, the necessity of developing consumer credit and the main problem of development of China's consumer credit is first stated by applying the chart and data to analyze the development of consumer credit compared with developed countries, which pave the way for our analysis of factors that affect the development of consumer credit in China below for. Furthermore, systematic theoretical analysis of factors that influence consumer credit development are taken systemic from both the aspect of developing environment and consumer credit demand. After a comprehensive and theoretical analysis. Then analyze factors which affect the development of consumer credit in 31 provinces of China, while analyzing regional differences, and then put forward a relatively reasonable interpretation of the results. Finally, the conclusion is made combined with the theoretical analysis and empirical results. Also I put forward suggestions on the capacity of consumer credit, improve consumer credit willingness and relevant legal environment construction, improve the Internet credit risk control system to promote development of consumer credit and the promotion of sustained and healthy development of consumer credit.
