| As the mobile Internet technology popularizing and developing, a number of mobile application such as microblog and wechat came out in our dailylife. Those application seemed to be fashion and popular due to the characters of convience, fast and understandability. Social media basing on the real relationship was supposed to be more important in business for its advantages in propagation, especially in catering business. That means social media has playing role in brand marketing, which was concerned to be the result of communication in SNS apps. Companies would face opportunities and challenges in the wave of social media.This paper focused on how to improve the marketing via social media. First and second parts analyze social media’s concept and background while the third part mostly put its eye on the development of social media in China. Also we could see the case of Starbucks in the forth part in the paper. Finally I wanna talk about the principle and strategy of social media marketing in domestic catering business. |
