With the full liberalization of China’s financial industry and the acceleration of the financial opening after the economic globalization; but also Internet Finance as a new field of Internet and Banking combination has continued to introduce innovative products to gradually break the monopoly of the traditional financial sector, the banks in China become from “quiet” to “noisy”. Internet Finance’s impact and foreign banks ’entry has resulted in fierce competition in the financial world in China. And the competition in the financial world is just the competition of the human resources. Talent flow can bring about the exchange of technology, fund, information and management. But staff turnover is inevitable. To an urban commercial banks, how to solve the core problem in human resources management, and how to deal with losses caused by staff turnover, is a hot issue in a bank’s human resources management.This paper describes the research background, significance and related theory of staff turnover, and elaborates the status quo and impact of Bank J’s staff turnover. After detailed investigation and study, this paper analyzes the causes of Bank J staff turnover and provides advices to reduce staff turnover rate, such as: improving the recruitment system, improving employee compensation system, improving staff management system and creating a home culture atmosphere. The author hopes that this paper can be helpful to reduce staff turnover in Bank J.
